Do Get Plattered platters contain any food allergens?

Yes. Get Plattered meals contain a variety of seasonally selected fruits, cheeses, nuts, cured meats, honeys and jams, and more. We are happy to accommodate for allergies, but we are NOT an allergen-free kitchen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination.

Please specify if you have any allergies when you order your platter.

Does my platter need to be refrigerated?

Most cheeses are best consumed at room temperature, but we recommend refrigerating the platter if it will not be consumed within two hours of pickup/delivery.

*We recommend removing the crackers from the platter prior to refrigeration or asking us to wrap them.

How long does my platter stay fresh for?

We recommend enjoying the platter the within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

What are Get Plattered’s hours of operation?

We accept pre-orders 24/7/365 on our website and are open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. and Friday to Saturday from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. and Sunday from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We accept order cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your selected delivery or pickup time with a full-refund. Orders cancelled after the 24 hour window are subject to all charges. Please contact us directly at 303-578-6343 to speak with a Platter Master.

Do you offer any gluten-free platters?

Yes. We have the opportunity to replace our traditional crackers with a gluten-free alternative at checkout subject to a small fee. We will also replace any dessert items containing gluten. Please make sure to specify this request when ordering.

Do you offer any vegetarian platters?

Yes. We are happy to provide a full vegetarian option at your request. Please make sure to specify this request when ordering.

What is the difference between “No Meat” and “Vegetarian Sub.”?

When “Vegetarian Sub.” is selected, our team will only include cheeses that have microbial rennet. These are sometimes different than our monthly core cheeses. “No Meat” platters will feature our monthly cheeses, but all meat options will be substituted for other monthly delicacies.

Are all cheese rinds edible?

At Get Plattered we change our platters and ingredients monthly. Some kinds of cheese do have inedible rinds – and this will be notated in our Platter Experience that comes with each platter. If you have additional questions, please contact our Platter Masters and we’d be happy to talk cheese!

What is your current seasonal platter?

At Get Plattered, we only use the freshest of ingredients based on what’s in season, so our seasonal platter changes monthly. Please visit the homepage of our website to see our current platter or contact us directly to speak with a Platter Master.

How far in advance should I place my order?

A set amount of platters are crafted daily. To ensure a platter on your event date, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to secure a spot – however, orders can be placed day-of if there is availability.

We take pre-orders up to 180 days in advance!

Can I recycle my Get Plattered platter?

Yes. Please do. Everything down to the corn-plastic portion cups and bamboo utensils are fully recyclable.

What is your delivery area?

We now offer delivery of our platters up to 15 miles from our location at, 514 S. College, Unit A, Fort Collins, CO 80524 (as the crow flies). All delivery orders are subject to a delivery fee depending on distance. Delivery fees are as follows: 0-5 miles = $10, 5-10 miles = $30, 10-15 miles = $40. Delivery charges are subject to change.

What is your turn around time from placing an order?

Our typical turn around time is 2 hours for preparing and crafting your platter. Time slots are given on a first come, first served basis.

Do you offer catering services?

 

Yes. Our platters are always a hit at any event! Please contact a Platter Master via our contact form or by phone to place a catering order today.

Are you licensed business?

Yes. Get Plattered is a licensed and insured business that works out of our commercial kitchen in Fort Collins, Colorado.
